Welcome
Tetbury Film Society is now in its 12th year and exists to provide good film that is easily accessible to people who live in and around Tetbury. It also offers the opportunity to meet like-minded neighbours and make friends.
Screenings
The film screenings are held once a month from September to April (2 films in February) each year in the Dolphins Hall, New Church Street, Tetbury on Wednesday evenings. Doors open at 7.00 p.m. with the show starting promptly at 7.30 p.m.
Après Film Facilities
The nearby Priory Inn is good for drinks, conversation and food after the performance.
Films
The society is a member of the British Federation of Film Societies and past titles have included Slumdog Millionaire, Fugitive Pieces, Son of Rambow and Anything for Her.
Patron
HRH Duchess of Cornwall has agreed to be the Tetbury Film Societys patron and we keep her in touch with events.
Community
Part of the remit for Tetbury Film is to co-operate with and assist local organisations and institutions. To this end we provide an annual charity screening for Cotswold Care hospice. In the past we have also shown films on behalf of the Feoffees (Tetburys governing body).
